Shannon Fabrics is a wholesale company that only sells business to business. We cannot open an account without proper tax ID or resale information. All applications are individually reviewed within 2-3 business days in the order they were received by our New Accounts specialist. Our New Accounts specialist will review your application and contact you via email if further information is needed or if your account has been approved.

All approved accounts will be established with prepaid credit card terms. If you require credit terms, please contact us for payment options.

MINIMUMS: Our opening order minimum for fabric retailers and quilt shops is $600 (excluding freight). If you are a manufacturing customer you may be able to purchase sample yardage prior to meeting the opening order minimum.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. 1. We are unable to accept or process orders without a completed and approved account application.
  2. 2. All accounts are due and payable according to the terms stated on each invoice.
  3. 3. New accounts, customers not applying for credit, or those that have been declined for credit must make prepayment in full prior to shipment of merchandise.
  4. 4. Applicant agrees to notify Shannon Fabrics in writing of any change in ownership and further agrees that all charges incurred will remain their responsibility unless agreed to by Shannon Fabrics.
  5. 5. All prospective account applicants must provide a valid tax ID from your respective state of residence.
  6. 6. This application must be signed by an authorized signing officer/owner of the business.
  7. 7. The undersigned certifies that all information provided is warranted to be true and correct.
