A cousin to the Siberian Tiger and the Bengal Tiger, The Caspian Tiger is a rare and beautiful sub-species of the Panthera Genus. Besides its over-all size, slightly smaller than the Siberian and slightly larger than the Bengal, its most distinguished characteristic is its fur length and the color and pattern of its stripes. The Caspian's coat is richer in color and has distinctly longer hair than its two cousins, making the Caspian Tiger's fur the thickest and most luxurious of the species.
