Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING  POLICY:

All orders will be shipped U.P.S. Ground, unless stated differently on the order. All shipping charges will be added to the order at the time of shipment. If you choose to use your own U.P.S. Account, please provide us with the information on your order notes or contact us.

Occasionally we might be sold out of some items in your order, in this case we will get in

touch with you. It's our policy to get your approval before we ship short.

All orders will be shipped within two business days, if your order requires rush processing

please contact us.

RETURNS POLICY:

Shannon Fabrics must be notified of any requests for returns within ten (10) days, upon

receipt of merchandise. To arrange for return authorization please contact us. All returns

must be approved by Shannon Fabrics prior to returns being accepted. The customer will be

responsible for the cost of sending the merchandise back. Shannon Fabrics will pay for the return shipping in case of an error or in case of defective merchandise.
